I have a debt consolidation loan I got a few years ago and I’m putting it in my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy I’m getting ready to do. My computer is the only item I listed as collateral $700 is what they put it was worth and I bought it at Walmart for $500 two years ago. Will I loose it when this goes into my bankruptcy. I can afford to get a new one in about a month from Walmart but would really like to hold onto it. Any idea’s on how I can keep it?

I did a search for a “unsecured debt consolidation loan” and found this site: americaoneunsecured.com. Is this a good site to get a loan?

I have $15,000 in credit card debt and I need a loan to help me put my debt together and make only one payment. My credit score is 615. Does anyone know who can help me with this. I don’t want the debt consolidation consultants.

I have 2 cc’s with high interest rates plus another sig loan. I feel a consolidation loan will lower my rate and I would save money over time.
